Solicitation for Proposals
The Housing Authority of Hartsville is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide services for our South Park and East Park Apartment communities. The scope of work includes:
- Interior painting of vacant units
- Exterior painting at South Park Apartments
- Lawn care services for both South Park and East Park Apartments
- Pressure washing of sidewalks and building exteriors

Submission Deadline: All proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on August 31, 2025.

- Fencing and installation
