Solicitation for Proposals
The Housing Authority of Hartsville is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide services for our Southpark and Eastpark Apartment communities. The scope of work includes:
- Interior painting of vacant units
- Exterior painting at Southpark Apartments
- Lawn care services for Southpark and Eastpark Apartments
- Pressure washing of sidewalks and building exteriors
- Pest Control Servies for Southpark and Eastpark Apartments

Submission Deadline: All proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on September 30, 2025.

- Fencing and installation
