March 23rd - Others may bring in applications to be checked and processed from 9:00 am until 11:00 am and 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
Please print off the application on the website. Click on the full application for Housing Choice Voucher, fill it out, and bring it to 1301 South Fifth Street, Hartsville, SC 29550, along with all birth certificates and social security cards for all family members in the household. All applicants must sign in and let a staff member review their application; additional paperwork may be needed. If there are household members 18 years of age and older, they will need to sign additional paperwork. No application will be accepted if they are left in the outside dropbox.
