October 1 - Rent Due
October 5 - Last Day to Pay Rent before 6 pm
October 6 - Rent + $50
October 7 - Quarterly Pest Control at Both Complexes
October 11-14 - Preventive Maintenance and Exterior Inspections at Eastpark This Week
October 21 - Late Rent Due +$50 +$45 Court Cost
October 25-28 - Preventive Maintenance and Exterior Inspections at Southpark This Week
Do not dump furniture or other items behind the dumpsters. We have kids knocking and banging on other people's doors and windows at night and early in the morning hours. There are kids going over the fence into the pond areas behind Southpark. Please watch your children and know where they are at all times.
