Utility Reimbursement Checks will be issued on Monday, January 12, 2026, and will be available for pick up after 10:00 AM to Qualifying Tenants. Any Utility Reimbursement checks not picked up by Wednesday, January 15, 2025, will be mailed out. For any delivery issues, please contact the U.S. Postal Service, as we are not responsible for mail delivery. As we prepare for upcoming unit updates, please watch for flyers and other communications.
