- Rent is Due!
- Labor Day (Office Closed)
Friday, September 5
- Last day to pay rent.
- Rent due in BLUE box by 6 pm.
Saturday, September 6
- Rent is LATE - Add Late Fee ( +$50.00)
Wednesday, September 10
- Utility Reimbursement Checks will be mailed to qualifying tenants
Monday, September 15
- House Inspections - South Park (Starting at 9 am)
Monday, September 22
- House Inspections - East Park (Starting at 9 am)

The Housing Authority will be Closed Monday September 1, 2025 for the Labor Day Holiday and will resume normal business hours Tuesday September 2, 2025.

FRIENDLY REMINDER:

Utility reimbursement checks will be mailed no later than the 10th of every month to qualifying tenants only. For any delivery issues, please contact the U.S. Postal Service, as we are not responsible for mail delivery.
As we prepare for upcoming unit updates, please watch for flyers and other communications regarding the dates contractors will be on site and entering your unit. We appreciate your cooperation during this transition
