Section 8 Application Process

Instructions:

Go to www.HartsvilleHA.org
Click on Services & Info
Click on Housing Choice Voucher Program
To the left of the screen, click on HCV Forms
Click on Full Application for Housing Choice Voucher Program
Print off the application form, and fill it out completely. You will need birth certificates and social security cards for all household members. (If they are not a family member, you will need court documents.)

You must sign in.
Application must be viewed and verified by a PHA Staff Member.
Citizenship forms have to be filled out and signed by anyone over the age of 18.
