The Housing Authority of Hartsville is located at 1301 South Fifth Street Hartsville, SC 29550.

The Waiting List for Public Housing is open for three (3) bedrooms only.

You can pick up paperwork from the office located at 1301 South Fifth Street, Hartsville, SC 29550

You must bring birth certificates and social security cards for all household members with you.
Anyone 18 years or older must be able to pass a background check.
You can not owe money to the Housing Authority.
