All Residents are responsible for picking up trash around your apartment. Yor are responsible for keeping your apartment cleaned at all times. You are responsible for your guest(s) as long as they are on the property. No smoking in or around apartments. Smoking is only allowed by the dumpsters and or designated smoking areas. Park only in the parking lot area.
