February 1 - Rent Due

February 5 - Last day to put Rent in the Blue Box before 6:00pm

February 6 - Rent is due + $50 late fee

February 20 - Rent is due + $90 late fee

Office Closed for Presidents Day

Our office will be closed Monday, February 19 for President's Day. We will reopen Tuesday, February 20 at 8:00am.

Preventive Maintenance

Preventive Maintenance will be performed at EastPark February 20 - 22

Preventive Maintenance will be performed at SouthPark February 26 - March 1

Exterior Inspections

Exterior Inspections will be done at both complexes this month. Due to illness and weather it was not completed in January. 

Payment Reminders

Please make sure that all maintenance fees, violation fees, rent, late charges and security deposits are paid in full. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days.
