Public Housing Applications for 1, 2 & 3 Bedrooms Only

Application Dates: Monday, September 14 - Thursday, September 17

Application Hours: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM or 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

No incomplete applications will be accepted. 

All Adults must be able to pass a background check.

For all household members, the following documentation is required:

• Driver's license or state-issued ID (18 and older) 
• 214 Citizenship Form
• Birth certificates
• Social Security cards
• Proof of income, including: 
  • Paystubs according to pay schedule
    (Weekly: 6, Bi-Weekly: 4, Monthly: 2)
  • Unemployment benefit award letters or payment history
  • Income contribution documentation, signed and notarized statement with verifiable proof of the contribution amount
  • Child support documentation
  • SNAP/TANF verification
  • Social Security/SSI benefit letters
• What you should know about EIV form
• Debts Owed Form
• Release of Information (ROI) Form
• Supplement to Application for Federally Assisted Housing Form
