Office Closed for Labor Day
Our Office will be closed Monday, September 3rd for the Labor Day holiday. We will reopen at 8:00am Tuesday, September 4th.
Emergency Maintenance/After Hours Maintenance
To report an Emergency Maintenance problem after the office is closed, you MUST call 639-1528.
Regular office hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 6:00pm, closed from 12:00pm - 1:00pm for lunch.
Lawnmower Available for Residents to Use
For Residents that would like to help keep their yards clean, we have a push mower available for your use. Please come by the office to sign it out.
Remember - you are responsible for keeping your yard free of trash and debris.
Reminder - only lawn furniture should be left on your porch. Do not leave lighter fluid and/or charcoal outside.
Rent Reminders
September 1 - Rent Due
September 5 - Last day to put Rent in the Blue Box before 6:00pm
September 6 - Rent is due + $50 late fee
September 24 - Rent is due + $90 late fee
Recertification Paperwork
Residents MUST come to the office the week of September 17 - 20 to sign their final Recertification Paperwork.
Preventive Maintenance
Preventive Maintenance will be performed at EastPark September 17 - 20
Preventive Maintenance will be performed at SouthPark September 24 - 27
Exterior Inspections
Exterior Inspections will be done for both complexes this month
